These can be virtual or in person depending on location and availability.
Group coaching is for internal teams sized between 4 and 10 leaders. We advise that the team should be composed of peers as candor and transparency will be cornerstones of these coaching sessions.
Initially we work 1:1 with the team leader for up to two hours to align on outcomes for the team. This includes a full review of the Working Genius assessment.
We then move to a monthly cadence to guide and tackle your business challenges. We ask the hard questions - your team solves them!
